Great Southwest Equestrian Center offers outdoor vendor spaces adjacent to the horse show arenas on Market Place and indoor spaces in the Main Arena by the Main Arena Warm Up Ring and Life is Good Café.
Table, tent, trailer and food truck set ups are welcome. 30 amp and 50 amp electrical outlets available.

Food Trucks
Food truck spaces are complimentary during our National and Premier level shows. Only one food truck is scheduled per day and space must be requested in advance of show starting.
Food trucks that would like to be considered for our catering list for exhibitor or sponsor events during Winter Series, Pin Oak and Fall Finale, please submit a bid to Shane Coovert.

VENDOR SHOW SUPPORTER PROGRAM
Food trucks or vendors that would like to donate a percentage of sales back during the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show will receive a tax receipt and be listed as a show donor. To become a Pin Oak Vendor or Food Truck Vendor please email [email protected].
Vendors that would like to consider giving back a percentage of sales during any of the other GSWEC owned horse shows will be recognized as show sponsors.
